You've got to learn to do some of your own work. As you may have
noticed, brake pads aren't rocket science.

My HD dealer is the same way. If you need service in the summer, you
might as well buy a new bike. It ain't happening for about a month.
I tried to tell them to put some people on a second ****ft, but they
are too stupid to do it.
