There is actually a noise law in Michigan but just not enforced. Rumor has
it they are pu****ng or already have pushed dealers to not install
aftermarket exhausts and if they do so, big fines. Obviously this is
easily
solved by the rider doing his own modification. I, for one, think noise
laws
should be enforced. I don't ride with loud pipes and really dislike many
who
do. The low rumble is cool, anything beyond is noise garbage and when one
p***** my home while I'm sleeping which causes me to wake, it doesn't make
me happy.
