I drop in once in a while; after all, I *am* interested in racing.
I've been club racing since 1988 and attending races since 1986. I
LOVE motorcycle racing, I LOVE track days, I LOVE teaching new track
riders how to ride, I *LOVE* the look in the eyes of newly licensed
novice roadracers lining up for their first grid.... I love racing
at Daytona, on the same track where I watched Jimmy Adamo and the
Britten and Ducati SuperMonos raced, even if I'll never be all that
fast; it's still FUN. It was cool as hell racing on the full course
at VIR for the first tim ein my career last month. It was even fun
fini****ng a mere 10th in our class!
Hell, even rec.motorcycles and alt.motorcycle.s****tbike have fun
threads, interesting, offbeat, crazy threads.
Man, isn't anyone in here having FUN with their motorcycles or
watching motorcycle racing or at least riding to the races?
Please, if you;re having FUN with racing, how about a post about how
much FUN you are having.... once in a while?
