The following postings are emails that I have received from individuals
that had personal experiences with All New S****ts. These have all been
received between March and July 2008. The email messages are all
verbatim, no changes have been made. What may be most interesting, the
last message refers to a new website that has gone online that is almost
identical to All New S****ts called Alite Scooters. We're checking to see
if the same people are running it too. The web address is
www.alitescooters.com. - David
I purchased a 4 wheeler from All New S****ts in Kansas. After 45 minutes of
run time, the engine quit running and oil started pouring out from the top.
I sent the engine to Dallas per Carl, Parts manager at All New S****ts and
it was inspected by Jenny. After she inspected it I was told that they
were not going to warrant the engine because I did not change the oil
often enough. Like I explained to them, I bought the ATV on November 27,
2007. I assembled it, had it inspected by a certified mechanic and it sat
in my shop until Christmas and was given to my 8 year old son. On January
9th, the engine quit. Even if he ran it everyday, it still shouldn’t need
an oil change. I also found out that a relative of Bryan (owner of All New
S****ts), by the way, his real name is not Bryan...it is Bao Nguyen, a
relative of his had a store called WinWin S****ts that has been closed down
for some of the same activity we are seeing with All New S****ts. I received
that information from the BBB (Better Business Bureau) out of Kansas. Like
I said, I will be glad to send you sup****ting pictures to show you and
other individuals that log into your website, how good of shape this
engine was in and they were trying to not live up to the warranty. I don’t
expect this business to be around long and just want to help people before
they waste their money. I did get a new engine sent to me but not until
after filing complaints with the BBB in Kansas and Dallas and also, a
letter from my attorney threatening to sue them. It is a shame I had to go
through all of this to get only what was promised to me before the sale.
Anything I an do please let me know.

Geismar, Louisiana
My story begins in February, the 22nd to be exact. My friend Jason had
ordered a 110cc ATV a few weeks before and we had nothing but fun riding
his ATV, so I decided to order one as well. Jason was so pleased with his
he then ordered a 250cc for himself one week prior to me ordering mine,
his order was placed on the 15th of February. I received my ATV in a crate
on March 4th. Assembly was very easy and we had it running within an hour.
Jason still did not have his 250. he called to find out the status of his
order and was told that all new s****ts did not have his ATV in stock and
it was on it’s way from the distributor in California and should be in by
the 27th of February and that all new s****ts would assemble, start and
check his ATV before delivery to make sure everything was ok. The 27th
came and went with no quad so Jason called to find out the status, Carl
the parts manager said that the quad was in but it had a broken foot peg
and they had ordered the new part and would put it on before delivery.
When my quad arrived in the 4th Jason’s was not with it, he called and
Carl then told Jason that the peg was in but that they could not get the
quad running and the were in the process of repairing it and it would be
done and delivered on the 7th of March. Well the 7th came and went with no
quad another call was made, carl had no idea what was wrong and the were
changing wiring harnesses to try to remedy the problem. After another week
of waiting Jason made a countless number of calls and all he had to show
for it was a runaround. The whole time Jason had his problem mine started
as well. After a few hours of riding my quad would stall after it warmed
up maybe 20 minutes of riding, we called Carl again and he told us to swap
the coil wire from Jason’s 110cc and put it on my 110cc and that should
take care of the problem, we did as instructed and it did not alleviate
the problem. Another call to Carl and we were to swap coil packs, again
same problem, mine would stall out and Jason’s with my coil and coil pack
ran just fine. ANOTHER call to Carl had us swapping carburetors and again
nothing. So on Saturday March 15th we went to Newton (we live in Topeka, 2
hour drive) to drop off my ATV for repair and for Jason to address his
problem of paying for and not receiving his 250 that he ordered three
weeks ago.
We arrived at around 10 am and Carl answered the door. We took my ATV out
of the truck, described the troubles and Carl said it should be an easy
fix as the 110cc’s are a very good engine and they would call me as soon
as it was repaired. We then moved to Jason’s problem. When Carl opened the
shop door the first thing we saw was a 250cc ATV on the jack stand, no rear
tires, wires hanging everywhere and dents and scratches on the upper and
lower a-arms, this was to be Jason’s quad. After looking it over Jason
said that he would not accept it as it look to be a used with new parts
ATV. Carl said that’s the way it came to them and that most of the quads
have some damage due to being ****pped from china. Jason said it was
unacceptable and wanted to speak to Bao (aka Brian) the owner. Well Carl
had told Jason on many occasions that Bao was aware of the problems they
were having and that they were going to make it right with Jason. We asked
that Carl call Bao in front of us so we could hear from Bao what was really
going on. Of course bao was not answering his phone or Carl was not dialing
the right number because he never got an answer via cell phone.
What Jason wanted from all new s****ts was for them to order a different
quad as he didn’t want the one in pieces to be his and Carl said that
decision would have to come from bao. Just then Sarah the customer service
manager staggers in with an obvious hang over and a give a **** attitude
and proceeded to be extremely rude, condescending and belligerent about
the whole situation telling us her story of her car that she’s owned for 6
months but has been in the shop three months for repairs so she know’s what
it’s like to own something but not have it to use it. After much debate
they gave Jason a refund.
Then Bao walks in. Jason asks Bao if Carl had talked to him about what was
going on and Bao said no. so one of two people were lying right in our
face. Jason said that if they wanted to keep his business all new s****ts
would order another 250cc ATV which Jason would pay the $1200 list price
if they gave him another 110cc ATV, of course Bao said no because they
only make $89 on each quad they sell and they make their profit from the
warranty, funny thing is Carl told us that they get screwed on parts. Once
again another lie. We continued our heated discussion and Bao said that for
all of our inconvenience that after my ATV was repaired all new s****ts
would ****p my ATV back to me so I would not have to make another trip down
to Newton. We agreed and left for home.
On the way home I wished I would have asked for my money back as well
because of the way we were treated but my daughter loves the quad so I
thought it would be better to keep it.
A week had gone by and I had not heard anything from all new s****ts so I
called to find out the status, Carl said they were working on it and it
should only be a few more days. I told them to keep in contact to let me
know how things were going.
I made lots of calls and sent many emails and still no response. Then the
third week of April a message is left on my machine at home from Carl. I’m
thinking that he called to say my ATV was ready and wanted to set up a
delivery time. I was wrong.
Every time I called I got a busy signal or someone’s voice mail so I ended
up sending e-mail, it takes two days to get a response but it’s better than
nothing. What Carl was calling about was that they had replaced some parts
but that the battery was no good and they were going to order a new one.
New battery arrives and is installed but they want me to come pick it up.
I tell them no, that wasn’t the deal, they needed to deliver it to me just
like Bao told me they would do. Two more weeks go by with no ATV I’ve sent
sales, parts and customer service email asking for help with no response so
I send this email.
Sara, maybe you can help with this situation. I have to initiate most if
not all the communication between your company in regards to my ATV. I
brought it down for Carl to repair March 15th and Bryan was also there and
told me that someone from your company would deliver my ATV back to me as
soon as it was repaired. Well you all had it for five weeks waiting for
parts and when it finally was finished (over two weeks ago) suddenly you
don’t want to keep your end of the bargain. I can’t even begin to express
my disappointment, anger and total disrespect I feel right now. All I have
wanted from this whole ordeal is for Allnews****ts to be honest and
communicate to me what was going on with repairs to my ATV but like I
mentioned before I have to initiate the conversation. I feel I have been
more than patient with this matter but I am reaching my breaking point. I
want someone from your company, be it Carl, Bryan or even yourself to call
me so we can resolve this matter. I’m not trying to pull a fast one or
trying to get something for free, I just want you to follow through with
what you promised me 7 weeks ago.
I will be available from 7am to 11am or 12:30 until 3 today. My number is

Mr. Scott,
my tech has tried to inspect the ATV, to make sure it is running fine
after the new battery was installed, and the problem you told us of,
happen so they are looking into it now to figure out the problem.

At this point it’s been 8 weeks since I took my quad down for repair so I
ask for a refund, Carl said he will ask Bao. They replaced the coil, coil
wire and carb, all of those came from Jason’s bike. 5 days pass with no
answer so I inquire again and get this response.

Mr Scott,
I have not had a chance to speak with Brian, but we have found out the
motor might need new internals so we are ****pping the engine back to the
distributor and having them replace it with a new engine.

So by now I’m livid, broken promises and a broken ATV so I fire this
little tirade off:
Carl, the deal was that YOU would deliver it to me after the repair, Brian
said it right in front of you, me and Jason. I’m still not happy about this
whole situation. The LEAST you could do is deliver it to me since you’ve
had my ATV since March 15th! Imagine that you had taken a motor vehicle
somewhere for repair and it was gone for two months and come to find out
the parts that they replaced were the same parts you got off your friends
motor vehicle and that did not resolve the problem in the first place,
then to top it all off they put in a new battery, start the thing and it’s
doing the same thing that you re****ted to the mechanic when you brought it
in. so my question is did you even listen to me when we brought the ATV
down to you? You told Jason via phone to swap the coil wire, that didn’t
work. Try swapping the coil, that didn’t work. Try the carb and that
didn’t work. I don’t think any of you are qualified to repair the product
you sell, shame on you, the ONLY reason we purchased the ATV’s from you
was your warranty but come to find out it takes MONTH’S for you to do a
supposed “simple repair” and those were your words Carl. I am truly
disappointed in both you and your company, you promise big things only let
them slip away due to neglect or indifference.
I have filed a complaint with the Wichita BBB and the Kansas Attorney
General for customer service and warranty complaints. You should take a
look at some of the complaints filed by others and check out what is being
said about your company on some scooter forums you can contact me for the
links.
So lets move on to how much longer you will have my ATV. Assuming it takes
a week to ****p it to the wholesaler, two days to have them process it,
another week to ****p it back to you, god knows how long you guys will be
working on it, do you think you will have it back to my by the fourth of
July? We were going to go riding on memorial day but I have a feeling that
won’t happen.
I want an update at least once a week, even if it’s only to let me know
that the part has ****pped or that the wholesaler has received it. There’s
nothing worse than having something out for repair and you have no idea
what is going on and the only time you find out any information is when
you have to call the repair shop. Just put yourself in my shoes, wouldn’t
you want to know what is going on?
All I want at this point is for all new s****ts to fix my ATV and deliver
it like they promised me back in March.
I’ll keep you posted.

David,
I am finding out more and more information as the days go along, Bao ( the
owner of All New S****ts) has 7 other brothers, All New S****ts makes the
eleventh business they have opened up. The other ten have been closed down
and I don’t have to tell you why. I am working with the Wichita BBB and am
pu****ng for anyone with the same last name that has Bao can not start a
business is Kansas again. The Wichita BBB has the DA involved. As a matter
of fact, Bao has been subpoenaed to appear in court Tuesday @[EMAIL PROTECTED]
9am due to so
many complaints. The Wichita BBB is using some of my information and
pictures to close his doors and not let him or any of his brothers open
another online business in Kansas. I thought you would find this
interesting. Gary

Oh my goodness. I just found out all this information after placing order
for a 2008 ronoco day before yesterday. order number 10009. I have not
received my order yet and hope to soon however I am scared to death now.
I will advise you of anything that comes up. I hope I am a lucky one. I
am so sorry that happened to your daughter. I had not heard anything bad
before and did not know how to find out anything at the time. Upon
reading this I notified Tony at all new s****ts about my concern, told him
I had contacted the better business bureau in Newton Kansas and if I was
not taken care of properly I would follow thru with complaint. Also would
get charge on credit card reversed. I would like to know what else I need
to do please sir. It sounds like you have experience in this kind of
thing. Thank you for your help.

This morning I received an email saying it will not be up to 20 business
days and guess what, their site is down. I came home from work and I had
an email and it said 10 to 15 days. I could not get them on the phone. I
printed out all my emails and I am calling the Credit Card company today.
When you stopped payment on your card did they give you any trouble. What
about them charging at a later date and ****pping anyway? Please advise me
on this. I hate what has happened and feel really stupid. I would like
to use this info to let others know what is going on.
Thanks so very much! Janie in Texas
I purchased a scooter and have had problems with it from day one. I asked
Ryan about these problems. I looked at the BBB re****t. Ryan said these
problems are not with the 2008 Roadking scooter, so I purchased the
scooter. When I received the scooter, all instructions were followed by
the book, the radio did not work, and odometer trip did not work. After I
rode the required 500 miles at 25 miles p/hour, the problems began. The
scooter broke down a lot. I did talk to the people to try to correct the
problem, they said the parts were coming and they never did. The persons
at all new s****ts have been notified a lot. They quit responding to my
emails and phone calls after the battery exploded on my leg. They were
notified about this. The warranty at purchased date was supposed to be for
two years. They only sent a one year warranty. Problems are: the battery
produces 17 volts to a 12 volt battery, all the light bulbs ar e blown,
the key way is on the reverse and a duplicate cannot be made. I was told
by the tech that the emergency flashers were a dummy switch on this model.
It broke off day one. There are flashers I can’t use. Everything the BBB
re****t said is happening to me. I purchased this scooter on good trust; I
was lied to to make a sell, and should not have to pay for the product
that was misrepresented. I also should not have to pay to have the product
sent back. They have not complied with their own warranty. I would like to
get a full refund and not have to pay a ****pping charge. I have contacted
other consumer agencies about this problem because of the research I have
done on this company. I will try to resolve this issue with consumer
agency before I take legal action. If there is anything you can do to help
me please do so. Thank you.
This is a dispute with a company All New S****ts LLC 104 W. 17th St. Newton
KS 67114 WWW.allnews****ts.com.
I have had some contact with these persons. They are unwilling to help
resolve with the defective merchandise issue. They will not honor their
warranty. Thank you.
Fabian
Thanks for your reply. I have disputed the charges with my bank since i
used the credit card so I'm probably going to have to wait a little while
to find out what happens. Keep in touch and I will let you know. Yes the
message can be put on the website. I'm sending this exact same letter to
every agency I can think of at least one every day and four on Saturday
and four on Sunday. If I run out of people to contact I'll contact them
all again. I have contacted recall and defective parts with the
motorvehicle recall agency. We're gonna shut them down. Thanks,
Fabian
hi dave and congratulations on your effort to bring this problem to the
publics attention . i just wanted to say that allnew s****ts is probably
only the tip of the iceburg re this problem ! im 65 and just wanted to
save a buck like your daughter and ' tried ' to purchase a moped from
another outfit called county motors****ts in california and had the worst
buying experience of my 65 year life . i dont know what plannet those
people come from but it cant be this one. to make a long long story short
they got the bike back but it took the involvement of the credit card
company and the better business bureau to make them see the error of their
ways. there is a good reference site with more horror storys at:
www.scootdawg.com
congratulations and please keep up the good work.
thanx

purchased a scooter from all new s****ts, it arrived when promised. It had
a damaged trunk but all else seemed OK. Until I rode it, it is suppose to
go 65 mph with 2 people, it goes about 31 mph with one person. Also, I
had it on a trailer pulling it 65 mph down the highway when the wind****eld
shattered, I wonder if I had been riding it at that speed if it might have
shattered in my face causing an accident. You cannot get them to answer
their phones, I contacted the parts manager by e-mail and he agreed to
send me a new wind****eld (I agreed to pay for it) He ****pped it on 5-2-08
and I still have not received it. Now I am having trouble with the
electrical system, it started by itself sitting in the garage, the keys
were in the house, then it would start when you activated the left hand
brake, then with the kill button, then with the ignition switch. I fixed
most of that but I must take it to a bike shop to have the speed problem
corrected and have them check the electrical system. This will be at my
own cost I am sure. The real problem is that they will not communicate
with a customer, once you pay for the equipment you can forget about any
kind of service. Period

In my case I believe these people are in violation of state and federal
laws. I filed a complaint with the Minnesota Attorney General charging ANS
with bait and switch, theft by swindle, selling unsafe motor vehicles and
violating the federal law, truth in advertising and false information on
the federal motor ID plate.
People need to file complaints with there state consumer protection
divisions. With enough investigations these people will be held
accountable for their actions.

There is a new website alitescooters.com. It looks just like all new
s****ts website where they sold scooters. If you notice there web site
only has off road vehicles now. Check it out. They have had so many
complaints they may have went to a new web site.
