Fogg Off Face Masks.

by MJ <mjpt57@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Jul 5, 2008 at 07:05 PM

Any of you tried the Fogg Off facemask. I got one recently and have used it
a
bit, most recently on a ride to work at 6am, temp at -1 deg and a bit of
fog
about.

While it kept the visor clear unfortunately the specs fogged up something
shocking. Also, it is made of thick material no unlike stubby holder
material
(should appeal to Johnno) and it's a bit of a struggle to fit under the
lid. But
it did keep face and neck warm when I eventually had to open my visor to
clear
the gl*****. Also, the specs sit a bit higher on my nose and this made the
vision a bit blurry. So double whammy, fogged gl***** and blurry vision.

Concept's good and no doubt those who don't wear specs will find it a
useful bit
of gear if cold weather riding is for them.

I got it with the intention of making the BMW Icicle Ride two weeks from
now a
bit more bearable. But now I'm not sure if I'm going.
