I's reading about your electric scooter, on another thread
Have you seen the do***entary film "Who Killed The Electric Car?" ? it was
released at cinemas and on dvd late in 2006 (available as an NTSC dvd on
the
wweb at dvdpacific.com but requires dvd player and tv that can display
American type dvds)
Although this do***entary film was mainly about Electric CARS there were
featured, as part of the larger argument, also several small electric
scooters etc. Of course the BIG advantage of fully electric cars is that
the maintenance requirement is almost zero compared to normal cars. In
most
countries the cost of the electricity required to recharge them amounts to
about one fifth to one tenth the cost of buying petroleum fuels
(gasoline/petrol or diesel)
