Last year I had my fork seals redone after 2 months one started leaking
then
the other about 8 months after that. After consulting several parts sights
I
got the leak proof wiper/fork seal kit. My local shop used the Haynes
manual
and I printed a copy of the parts for the forks. The leak proof seals ask
for a leak proof back up washer. I cant find one anywhere I have the
backup
washer from the parts diagram. Is this the same washer? Is this leak
proofs
way of getting more money? The instructions say that most kits come with
them except for 2 kits they give the numbers but mine is different. Anyone
had similar problems?
