After years of not riding since I sold my '79 S****tster, I am just about to
take delivery of a 2008 EG Ultra. My dealer in Vancouver, BC gives a
one-time 15% discount for accessories ordered together. I have a fair
idea
of most of the things I want to add or change, but I would like some
informed advice about the probable need for a couple of size-related
items.
I'm 6'2", and currently around 190. I am concerned whether I should be
considering a "tall" wind****eld, the extended reach rider footboard kit,
and/or the folding heel ****fter. Any advice?
Also, in terms of highway pegs, does anyone have a recommendation as
between
the "adjustable highway peg mounting kit -- angled" (50829-07/50830-07)
and
the "adjustable highway peg mounting kit -- 360" (50832-07)?
Finally, any advice whether I should add the premium oil cooler kit for
touring models (26155-07)? On the Harley forums, there seems to be a
strong
division of opinion whether such a cooler actually causes the bike to run
too cool.
